Days are passing slowly at the moment and I'm not feeling too well right now, so what I do is pass the days watching Mad Men and I have to say that I'm madly in love with this show.
It's like a very good movie, only that it doesn't end within 2 and a half hours. The cast is so damn handsome and we don't even have to start talking about the clothing & set design, since that is to die for.
And the storyline: I just love the fact that you are constantly trying to figure out what is going on inside the characters minds but you never are totally able to, you only get shown little, tiny bits of each person once in a while. It's like meeting a new person, you never get the whole story at once.

So, I've vanished again but I hardly have time for anything since my gratuation is right infront of me and I spend my time learning, learning, learning and.. watching videos of Lady Gaga, haha.
I'm completly smitten with this woman, the more I see, the more amazed I am.
She honestly seems like such a smart, interesting, inspiring person, ... (I could go on and on about her but I'll spare you)

Taylor Tomasi Hill, Style & Accessories Director of US Marie Claire, is making something impossible possible:

Talk about layering.

.WEIRD FISHES.
After a actually not so long but (as it seems) pretty juicy night I spend the day with eating a whole supermarket and pitying myself while I should have studied french.. oh well, well. Thank god it's evening and I can do nothing without having a bad conscience.

Okay.. I know how horrible exhausting it must be to see every single blog going on and on about how great Abbey Lee is but C'MON, she just is quite something.
But what actually made me fall for her weren't really her looks, it was the way she seems to be.
I just adore her interviews since she seems so mature, interesting, smart and as a whole, she seems to be great person. Of course I could be totally mistaken but I just don't think so.

.FOR A MINTUE, I LOST MYSELF.
I watched Up In The Air today and I loved it. Haven't expected that it would be kinda sad though.
Other than that the day has been lazy and so was my outfit. This is probably my favourite thing to wear: a high-waist skirt + a shirt + some accessories. It's easy, not totally boring & comfortable at the same time.

If you are wondering what the meerkats are doing up there: I was bored and played around with the camera when suddenly the trailer for the meerkat movie come up and.. well, they are just too adorable so I had to photograph them, don't you think?

So, since my computer decided to kill himself (and he dragged along Photoshop too. I tell you, it's nearly painful to live without Photoshop if you had it for the last 6 years) I had to stop blogging BUT I'M BACK! Hopefully I'll have some time to catch up on fashion week and many many other things!

Today was lovely but also deadly exhausting. Woke up around 7am, jumped out of bed and went to our capital city by train. First I visited an exhibition about "impressionism" which was so interesting!
Then I strolled around, running from one shop to another, not finding anything. In the end of the day I ended up with a basic shirt from H&M in pastel rose and gorgeous shoes for a ridiculously cheap price which I'm going to show you soon!

It's been awhile since one model in particular catched my attention but the minute I saw this german beauty I knew it happend again. Of course I had some girls I got interested in the last couple of months, like Lara Stone, Elsa Sylvan, Edita Vilkeviciute, Eniko Mihalik, Anna Selezneva.. but Katrin really made me gasp.
She wins with a perfect face structure, light natural skin, long blond hair, a straight petit nose, wonderfully shaped eyes, a mesmerizing mouth as well as a gorgeous body.
The only thing I'm wondering, maybe she's too perfect?
But no matter what, I'm hoping to get to see more of her the upcoming months!

Stella McCartney Fall 2009
As promised my McCartney post.
I'm absolutely smitten with this collection. I love the use of the colours and the cutting. The volume on the top and the tightness on the bottom.
What I adore about Stella is that she designs for powerful but girly women. Her collections can be worn by 20 year olds and by 40 year olds. It's versatile and classic but at the same time young and fresh.

Balmain Fall 2009 RTW
Tight, high waisted skirts & dresses, bringing glamour with glitter and rock with boots.
Edgy classic with plane white shirts and shoulder pat blazers.
This collection for me was provocative sexy but in a very, very good way.
Seeing the models in those clothes gave me the impression that these are powerful, confident, charming women, who feel comfortable with themselfs, dress themselfs fashionable without too much effort & are independent. Women who have fun and are great persons to be with.
What more would you want from a collection? A+

This piece from my mums old closet reminded me of the Balmain collection. Saidly this skirt is too short and not really favourably. Still, I kind of liked it.

Calvin Klein Fall 2009 RTW
I've never been a fan of Calvin Klein since most of his collections were a bit too simple for me but gosh, those jacket catched my attention. I do approve!

Matthew Milliamson Fall 2009 RTW
This collection totally got me into spring mood and reminded me of the Chloé Spring 2007 collection which both is a big PLUS. I simple love the colours and the cutting and even if it is just Kim, looking drop-dead-gorgeous in that blue dress, I'm still very happy about a little colour in this hard times.

I was surprised to realise how much I actually liked this show. I think the hair and the makeup was fiercing, liking the animalistic touch it had. I also really fell for those gorgeous fur coat Raquel was wearing, always struggeling with myself if to like or not to like fur.

Even though many people are absolutly smitten by the new Alexander Wang collection I can't really find too much love for it. It certainly wasn't bad but it just wasn't as inspiring as his collections are usually.
But what really catched my eye was this amazing piece of Albino.. yummy.
